Do you need a repair that we offer but are not able to come into our locations to drop off your device? Do you live outside of the lower mainland but need a repair done on your computer? We have people from all over Canada send us their devices for repair. Simply follow the instructions on this page to get started.

Risk Free Diagnostic (No Fix, No Fee)

If after diagnostics we determine that your device cannot be fixed you will not be charged for anything (except for return shipping if you do not provide a return label).

Fast Turnaround

Most of our mail-in repairs happen within 3-5 days of receipt. We contact you as soon as your device has been repaired and ship it off to you as soon as it’s done.

There are times when the repair you need isn’t offered by a local third-party repair shop in your area. What do you do then? You can either drive hours to the nearest authorized repair center and pay hundreds of dollars more than you need to, or you can mail your device to us and get it repaired for a fraction of the price and none of the headache.

We receive many devices on a daily basis from all over Canada for all kinds of high-level repairs.  We guarantee a fast turnaround time and are generally able to mail out your device 3-5 days after we receive it.

Follow these instructions to get started on your mail in repair:

  • Fill out the New Repair form. Please be as descriptive as possible when describing the problem.
  • Make sure you have read the mail-in FAQs.
  • Pack your device securely and make sure its adequately insured.
  • Print out the form that is generated after you finish the form on this page and include it with your shipment.
  • Mail the box to the following address:

Please ensure that you adequately insure your shipment. Trek PC will not be held liable for any damage caused to your device during shipment.

Once we receive your device we will perform an inspection and determine the best course of action for your repair. We will then contact you via your preferred method of communication and go over the repair with you.

Should you accept, we will start the repair and then notify you once it has been completed. A representative will then get in touch with you and process your payment.

Trek PC accepts Visa, MasterCard & Interac eTransfer as methods of payment.

If you do not include a prepaid return shipping label, we will add an additional $25 for return shipping via Canada Post Xpresspost.
